Never would I rent this location again.
Positive: Just ok would not rent this location again
Negative: Bed in room by laundry was had legs on the bed base falling from normal sleeping. No remote batteries other than in main setting room.Refrigerator too about a day to start cooling. Overall I would give this location a 4 out of 10. Ten being the highest. Would not recommend this location.

Great value for the space!
Positive: Having so much space available for my group was really nice! Wildlife right in the backyard on the lake was also cool.
Negative: The largest bedroom bed sagged in the middle, and one of the smaller ones had a less than fantastic mattress but nothing detrimental really.

Loved our stay here!
We drove into Savannah every day and to Tybee Island one day. It was extremely easy to get to as the highway was only a few miles away. Also, plenty of places to eat at - from upscale to fast food. Oscar was very responsive to any question we had. The house was well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay here again!
